Cursor keeps ignoring my rules, what am I missing?

Hey guys, can you help me? I’m trying to understand how to make Cursor persist some rules or skills. I don’t know where I’m failing. I use it for some simple database queries in the terminal, and I have mapped everything and even downloaded schemas and some example documents. Cursor still keeps failing to follow that, and when I ask about the mistakes, it responds that it was because it answered too quickly and skipped some rules that we had documented.
